A close up on the upper half of the east buttress of Mt. Shepherd 10,912' in the beartooths. My route on Saturday took the streamlined coulior that slashes up left. This photo was taken April 25th from accross the canyon near the California Ice approach gully. All other photos in this series of four were taken on Saturday June 11th. Posted by Hello

The Aeroplane Flies High

Nearly a month since the last post! What happened? Costa Rica, Minnesota, overtime, rain, snow, and more rain, sick, more overtime......but finally we got out again to good weather and good times with fellow Billings climbers Ari and Daniel over on Devils tower. Hopefully these trends will continue........

Yes we're back on track

After a hiatus last week, (we forgot the camera at the base of our rock route last week) I've posted some new photos from this past weekend. As for upcoming attractions, Anya heads to Costa Rica on thursday for a week and I head to Minnesota for the weekend early friday morning.

Anya strolling into the beartooths. Gee, it must be rough to be able to head in to this uncrowded wilderness anytime you feel like it. Yeah, like this past weekend when the skies were clear and the temps up in the 60's during the day. Posted by Hello

Hunkered down early evening Saturday night, somewhere in the beartooths. Posted by Hello
