We were planning to climb up around Mystic Lake over the weekend but oddly occuring blisters got the better of my feet. At least the sun came out for the hike down on sunday.

On the Sharp End of Things

After two years of leading ice Anya finally comes to her senses and gives trad leading a try up on the rims.

Another year, another day on the Ramp.

Running up the 3rd pitch. New camera, seems to grab colors better than the last one, plus its goes w i d e 28mm vs the standard 36mm, or about 10 more degrees of view angle. We'll see how it works out.

Slot Machine Saturday

Saturday Aaron, Kenny, Anya, and myself climbed the wonderful "One Armed Bandit." We went from sun bathing weather to winter storm in a couple of hours. A great route plus the post climb hot tub made it one awesome day!

Typical Cody approach. A couple thousand feet of elevation gain for only some of the best ice around. Kenny and Aaron third class'n it with style.
