A close up on the upper half of the east buttress of Mt. Shepherd 10,912' in the beartooths. My route on Saturday took the streamlined coulior that slashes up left. This photo was taken April 25th from accross the canyon near the California Ice approach gully. All other photos in this series of four were taken on Saturday June 11th.

Looking southeast at the frosting covered Sundance Mountain and Mount Inabit from the summit plateau of Mt. Shepherd at 10,700 feet.
